The product passing through this recess is designated the \u201csample\u201d, the material collected via the funnel the \u201crejects\u201d.<br \/>\nThe openings for the sample can be closed by means of a slide plate, resulting in a variably adjustable dividing ratio.<br \/>\nThe rotary pipe divider can be implemented for easily pourable material not tending to plug.
