Optimise your additive manufacturing with the APS unpacking station
The APS unpacking station offers many options for optimising your additive manufacturing processes. Uniform light distribution and ionised laminated glass ensure a clear view of the components to be unpacked. The electrically height-adjustable working level enables ergonomic adjustments and the build platform can be lifted hands-free using a foot switch so that both hands remain in the work area.
The entire work area is made of high-quality stainless steel and has a large working surface for handling parts. An integrated screening machine with primary part separation ensures efficient processing, while there are two separate stainless steel containers for used and waste powder. Thanks to the built-in scale, the exact amount of powder can be recorded after each unpacking process.
The optimised extraction system reduces exposure of workers and the environment to dust. A switchable cleaning nozzle and compressed air connections are available for pre-cleaning parts. The APS is controlled via an intuitive touchscreen for easy and user-friendly operation. An FDA-compliant version is also available.
