Continuously operating universal centrifuge

This continuously operating centrifuge was specially developed for use in laboratories and technical facilities. Due to its small size and design, mobile use in industrial plants is also possible with minimal transportation and connection effort.

In addition to experimental use, the QuattroFlexPilot with its different equipment variants is also suitable for continuous operation in industrial separation tasks with low throughputs.

Using the identical bearing and drive unit, the following rotor configurations can be used for a wide variety of cutting tasks.

The process parts as well as the rotating components of the centrifuge are completely separated from the drive unit, which enables quick and easy accessibility. The centrifuge can be supplied with different drive configurations to allow infinitely variable speed adjustment. A gas-tight version in combination with an ATEX safety package is also available.
