Spiral Belts
The double spiral belt consists of round wire spirals from Group 500. It is double inserted with additional smooth cross bars, dense execution, one-sided braided pattern and welded edge.
This type of belt is used for dry baked goods, cookies, sponge cakes and drying kilns. Double spiral belts are produced in a width of up to 1,500 mm and can withstand temperatures up to 1,200 °C.
Specification:
- Spirals: 1.0 – 4.5 mm
- Cross bars: 1.2 – 3.2 mm
- Spiral wire pitch: 2.5 – 11.0 mm
- Cross bar pitches: 3.3 – 20.0 mm
The single spiral belt consists of round wire spirals from Group 400. The braided pattern is as in Group 500, one-sided, single insertion with additional plain cross bars, open execution, with joined edge, spirals pressed and cross bars welded to spirals.
This type of belt is used for continuous furnaces for annealing, heat treatment, brazing, etc., and for drying and cooling kilns. Single spiral belts are produced in a width of up to 1,500 mm and can withstand temperatures up to 1,200 °C.

- Spirals: 0.8 – 3.2 mm
- Cross bars: 0.8 – 4.5 mm
- Spiral wire pitch: 3.5 – 22.0 mm
- Cross bars pitches: 1.8 – 22.0 mm
The multiple spiral belt consists of flat wire spirals from Group 300 or round wire spirals from Group 400. It is triple inserted with smooth cross bars, very dense execution, plain surface and the edges are welded.
This type of belt is used for conveying granulates, chocolates, cookies, confectionery, light semi-steel and sinter products etc. Multiple spiral belts are produced in a width of up to 3,000 mm and can withstand temperatures up to 1,200 °C.
